Commercial Director / CFO (m/f/d)

Your tasks
- Overall commercial responsibility for the areas of Finance & Controlling, Purchasing and Human Resources
- Managing and preparing financial reporting during the year and the annual financial statements
- Ensuring the proper processing of commercial transactions and ensuring the necessary transparency
- Developing recommendations for action on both operational and strategic issues for the management board
- Responsible for the annual budget and financial and profit planning
- Contact person for banks, auditors, tax consultants and other external parties in all commercial matters
- Further development of treasury and liquidity management
- Developing specifications for efficient and modern purchasing processes
- Drafting customer and supplier contracts together with external lawyers, including the further development of supply chains with suppliers/manufacturers (mainly in English)
- Optimization of commercial processes and procedures within the company to increase efficiency across departments
- Defining and monitoring the parameters for the calculation of products and projects
- Management of project controlling
Your qualifications
- Successfully completed studies in business administration or economics
- Several years of professional experience in a comparable position, preferably in a medium-sized company
- Very good knowledge of the financial, personnel and legal framework conditions of a production company
- Expertise in budget planning, preparation of annual financial statements and their consolidation
- Strong understanding of figures and high analytical skills
- Team player with very good communication and assertiveness skills
- High motivation and willingness to perform and create
- Hands-on mentality, down-to-earth and approachable
- Business fluent in English and willingness to travel
