Mechanical finishing

Embossing, polishes and perforations

Polished, embossed structures or perforations create an unmistakable character. Whether a subtle, matt effect without shine, striking or fine textures or an eye-catching, reflective surface - any desired effect can be achieved.

Embossing

Fine or elaborate embossing of the metal surface has a decisive influence on the appearance of the façade. The targeted choice of structure can reduce direct reflections, for example, without losing the general reflective properties of the material. Whether the embossing is coarse or fine, it brings a unique texture and depth to the design.

Polishes

We offer a wide range of grit sizes and individual grindings to enhance the desired surface effect, whether for matt effects, fine structures or reflective surfaces.

Perforation

Perforated panels serve as excellent facade elements, combining functional and aesthetic advantages. They filter light and contribute to effective shading, which helps in regulating the interior temperature while creating an intriguing play of dappled light inside the building. They offer privacy from the outside but keep rooms well-lit and allow unobstructed views from within. A key manufacturing advantage is the ability to incorporate almost any pattern into the material, providing immense flexibility in design. This allows for the creation of a personalized and custom look, tailored to individual preferences and architectural styles
