During your training as an IT specialist for application development (m/f/d), you will work on our ERP system and play an active role. You will further develop functions, adapt things that are not yet perfect and contribute your own ideas. You won't be working on a demo, but directly on software that runs on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes it's about logic in the background, sometimes it's about interfaces where you no longer wonder afterwards “who actually came up with that nonsense?”
You get an insight into software and at the same time into the processes of a manufacturing company. This means that what you build is used directly - and if it's good, you'll notice it straight away. If not... unfortunately, too.

What can you expect? A team that is relaxed, helps each other and sometimes addresses things directly - including the occasional nerd talk. If you like to tinker, question things and enjoy making systems more useful: Then this is a pretty good fit.
