270 Park Avenue

A New Icon of the New York Skyline

270 Park Avenue is one of the most ambitious and architecturally significant high-rise developments in New York City. Designed by Foster + Partners for JPMorganChase, the tower is redefining the Manhattan skyline through its scale, materiality, and contemporary architectural expression.

As part of this landmark project, we delivered the complete bronze architectural metal scope, contributing to the building’s distinctive identity from exterior to interior. Our work includes the bronze facade, entrance canopies, totems, interior column cladding, and signage elements throughout the project.

The bronze facade now shapes the tower’s appearance within the city skyline, while the canopies at all four entrances create a striking arrival experience and guide visitors into the grand lobby spaces. Inside the building, the custom bronze finishes continue the architectural language and reinforce the project’s refined and timeless character.

More than a facade system, the project represents years of planning, engineering, craftsmanship, and close collaboration between all teams involved. Today, 270 Park Avenue stands as a new architectural icon in the heart of Manhattan — seamlessly integrated into the daily rhythm and energy of New York City.
